Your mission:

You will work as a school psychologist at Vikingaskolan, Brandbergsskolan, and the archipelago schools with Dalarö school as the base for the archipelago. As a school psychologist, you will work with the schools' student health teams to remove barriers to learning and develop methods for health-promoting and preventive work. You will work at the individual, group, and organizational levels through lectures, observations, consultations with school staff, and assessments regarding intellectual disabilities. You will regularly participate in the schools' student health meetings from which you will receive your assignments. You will have the principal at Vikingaskolan as your immediate supervisor but will have access to professional support from a school psychologist with psychological leadership responsibility as well as the head of the child and student health unit. You will receive continuous support in professional forums and in supervision together with the municipality's other school psychologists.

What we are looking for in you:

• You are a licensed psychologist

We are looking for someone who believes that school plays a crucial role in students' futures, who feels strongly about the importance of learning and education, and who thinks that school is one of the most important arenas to work in. You can take initiative and find it easy to collaborate and build relationships with those you meet. You possess excellent communication skills in both speech and writing and can clearly convey psychological knowledge to other professions. Meritorious:

• Previous work as a school psychologist or with children and youth
• Experience with documentation in the Prorenata journal system

Start:

Temporary position with immediate start, until 2026-06-30 with the possibility of extension. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed.
